I'm looking to make my own designs, but also requesting someone to make me one. First off, what programs would i use to do graphics for these cars? I am new to this, and i have Corel Draw 12, Paint.NET and photoshop.

For the request, i hope someone can help me make a Classic Chevrolet #48 nationwide car and camping world truck design. Preferably white/red/black that goes along with the logo. http://www.texashorsemen.com/images/ClassicChevy.jpg
